    Surf City Transfers provides a door to door private service delivering you direct from your point of pick up to your destination without being shuttled all around with other passengers. You will not be required to wait at the airport for other flights to arrive and as soon as you collect your luggage you will be on your way to your detination.
  3. What Vehicles does Surf City Transfers use?
    Mercedes is our preferred vehicle as it is know for its safe and comfortable ride. We have Mercedes Vito Transporters and a Mercedes R350, we also have a Hyundai iMax.
  4. Is there an extra charge for luggage?
    Surf City Transfers are the transfer specialist, we tailor transfers to our client requests and do not charge any extra for excessive luggage.
  5. What is the maximum number of passengers per transfers?
    Our vehicle capacity is seven passengers, however we have the abillity to cater for larger groups and will personalise transfer to your needs.
  6. Does Surf City Transfers cater for children?
    Surf City Transfers provide transfers specifically for families, we provide conplimentary child restraints consisting of rear facing, forward facing and booster seats.
  7. Does Surf City Transfers cater for pets?
    Surf City Transfers are happy to transport pets if they are in a suitable airline cage.

  10. What credit cards do you accept?
    Surf City Transfers accept the following cards: Visa, Master card and American Express (3.2% surcharge is applicabe with AMEX).
  11. What happens if my flight is delayed?
    Surf City Transfers aims to pick you up at the pre-arranged time and we will endeavor to do so. Surf City Transfers accepts no responsibility for delays caused by flight changes, traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns beyound our control. Customers are required to advise us of any changes to their flight schedule and we will do everything in our power to meet your needs, however, if the delays are lengthy alternative arrangements for transfers may have to be made due to our commitments. We reserve the right to use contracted drivers/vehicles for this purpose.
  12. When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
    Once you have made the booking a confirmation booking will be emailed to you. Once payment has been arranged you will receive a booking confirmation itinerary with all details including your driver’s name and mobile contact number. Clients also receiver an SMS reminder the evening prior to their transfer.
  13. What if I need to cancel my transfer?
    For a full refund, we require 24 hours notice of any cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pre-arranged transfers will only be refunded at the discretion of the management of Surf City Transfers and a surcharge may be applied.
  14. Where will Surf City Transfers driver's meet me at the airport?
    “Brisbane International Airport”: your driver will meet you 45 minutes after scheduled landing time just outside the Customs exit, inside the terminal with your name on a sign board. In the event your plane is early, please remain in this area.“Brisbane Domestic Airport”: your driver will meet you 15 minutes after scheduled landing time just outside the automated doors on the way to the luggage carousel, inside the terminal with your name on a sign board. In the event your plane is early, please remain in this area.
    “Gold Coast International Airport”:Your driver will meet you 45 minutes after scheduled landing time just outside the automated doors at the “Ground Transport Meeting Place” sign opposite Avis Rent a Car inside the terminal with your name on a sign board.
